Sean Kelley is the founder and President of State Street Appraisals, LLC. He has more than 20 years of experience in machinery and equipment related business, and is available for Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisers Practice (USPAP) Compliant appraisals and brokerage services nationwide.

Sean's professional expertise includes a specialization in machinery equipment appraisals ranging from small shops to companies with multiple locations with over 200 pieces of capital equipment and valuation over $25 Million. Sean is well-versed in acquisition due diligence, synergy identification, integration and consolidation.

Specialties include transportation and environmental services, such as waste, including solid, liquid, E&P, wastewater, biosolids and medical. Services include collection, transportation, recycling, treatment and disposal.

We offer flat rate pricing when feasible therefore you will know upfront what the appraisals will cost.

Certified appraisals are utilized by lenders, attorneys, CPA'S, business owners and buyers. Typical uses include collateral, acquisition valuation, purchase price allocation, buyouts, litigation and conversions from C to S Corp.
Our brokerage service for equipment functions much like a realtor's role as we manage advertising, buyer contacts, showings and negotiations for the seller. Other services available include equipment detailing, painting, repairs and storage to maximize value.

Sean is an accomplished Manager with an impressive track record in the successful start-up, reorganization, and turnaround of public and privately-owned companies both domestic and international. He has managed several companies, and has been utilized for Heavy Equipment & Fleet operations; Truck, Rail, & Barge Management; Multi-site Operations; Plant Management; Legal & Regulatory Compliance, and more. He engaged in due diligence of waste and recycling companies, identified E&P disposal, recycling and processing facilities for sale and negotiated terms. He assumed P&L and management leadership for an underperforming oilfield services business unit, leading operations due diligence of an $80 Million acquisition of a key competitor, and testified before the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC. He led the operational due diligence and post-acquisition activities which lead to the successful evaluation, acquisition and integration of 40+ companies over an 18 month period. Past employers include Kelco Disposal, BFI, US Liquids, Earth America and Master Pumps.

Sean lives in Tomball, Texas, and has earned the AAS degree in Business Management from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont.

Sean has been awarded the CMEA designation (Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser) and CEB (Certified Equipment Broker) by the NEBB Institute.
